Cliche title, I know. Especially during the new year, as well. But after 2 months of inactivity after my best marathon at Jakarta Marathon 2014 in 26 October 2014 with a time of 4:06, I gave myself a break before a new training season for 2015.
This year is going to be different. After listening to podcast after podcast regarding training advances, nutrition, and beyond training metrics, I am deciding that this year I actually follow the advices and see how my performance improves throughout the year. I will be posting photos of myself at the start, get blood work done, and have fitness tests to gauge my progress over the months. And record as much of my food as I can.
Ok, time to gather my thoughts and organize.
