Saturday – Functional Movement

Lots of bowing today. Used the opportunity to do lots of stiff-leg dead loft motions to strengthen and lengthen the hamstrings, with emphasis on keeping the back straight and bending from the hips. 

Thought about running later at night, but I can feel my hips sore and hamstrings a bit tender. Opted to go walking only. And felt tired, too, during the run. Right decision not to run.
