Felt 90%. The heavy feeling is basically gone, left the runny nose.
Got myself a full body massage to work out the knots in my legs and back. Good thing I did as the masseur really worked on my thoracic muscles. I could really feel the knots being workout out. I hope this helps as I have not been able to sleep more than 7 hours without developing mid-back pain for over a year now.
Went for a run. It was hard to keep my HR at MAF. Despite running really really slow, my HR kept shooting above 140.
So slowed completely down and focused on gait. Remembered a YouTube video by James Dunne https://youtu.be/mSvbS0S4rJw saying the pelvis has to be level to the ground and not tilt towards anterior. Tried that and my gait felt a lot like the Pose method. Focus on just lifting my ankles up and down to keep the run as efficient as possible.
The run is slow, so I’m not expecting high knees. But this exercise taught me to focus more on keeping the “C” body position as described in Pose. And with hindsight and additional knowledge, that position requires quite a bit of hip flexors flexibility.
Also used new shoes today. Last pair had over 1,000k on it. Wear pattern indicates significant landing on the outer right feet, and a lot heavier load on the right foot. Strength my left glutes perhaps?
