Third day in a row of running and MAF, I believe, is starting to pay dividends. My HR stayed low and, with the same intensity of the last two day’s run, my HR did not shoot up.
So what’s different today? 1) I’m running in the evening. 2) Though I didn’t eat right before the run, I am not fasted and went for the run with a pleasantly full stomach. 3) Drank 2 full glasses of water right before the run. 4) Went slow in beginning to warm up.
I’m so happy to see my HR stay below 130 for the majority of the first half. Let’s see what happens after today.
