First strength test of the 4 part series. Starting with parts 3 and 4 with parts 1 and 2 for Wednesday. Part 3 looks like strength tests for shoulder and back mobility and strength — shoulder external rotation, farmer carry, inverted row, bent-over row, hip hinge, kettlebell swing, single leg jump rope, and scorpion twist.
Looks like my back strength sucks! And my core, as well. Gotta work on more strength this triathlon season.
Part 4 is a bunch of yoga poses to test my hip and leg mobility, it seems. Half moon pose, airplane lunge, standing bow pose, downward dog, full locust, pigeon — I suck it it all, with balance all over the place. Looks like I need to do yoga more often and get more flexible and isometrically strong.
