Travel day today. Knowing that I will probably come home late, and knowing how I hate working out late in the evening, I did my MAF bike this morning before heading out to Bandung. Left about an hour later than my usual departure time — and arrived an hour later — but getting my workout in the morning allowed me to not stress about missing a workout for the day, despite sacrificing comfort of driving on the road during less busy hours. Completely worth it. Gonna do this every Tuesday, then, and wake up earlier to get the workout in in the morning before heading out.
As for the workout, it was harder to keep my HR at MAF after the break. The power seems less than before at MAF, but I could be mistakened. But generally it is quite easy on the legs.
