Warmup
500 pure drill and kick

MS:
5 X 200, each is a comfortable “all day” pace on 30″ rest.

400 swim with buoy, every other 25 catchup drill

CD:
300 kick drills, use fins as needed but not as crutch – side, back, board
200 swim with fins, add side kicking every other 25.

Main set felt easy first 100, but progressively got harder despite keeping it in all day mode. Despite being harder, once I got the rhythm, I could go on. But didn’t feel like my body was straight. Wish I could get a video of myself in the middle of the main set and see how far my form is from ideal.

Got late, so after 100 of kick for CD, decided to check out and get dinner before it’s too late.

Struggling with skating and other drills. The kicking kept me out of breath to be able to perform skates and sweet spots well enough. Will need to practice this more.
