10/10 TRX Bulgarian Split Squat (DB on side with back leg up)

15/15 single leg core press

10/10 Side step on box to high knee
10/10 SL elevated bridge
15/15 site the pot (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bn40exhFlKU)

No leg press machine at home, so changed it to SL supported squats.

Absolutely love the Bulgarian split squat. Can really feel the stabilization at work.

Glutes completely cooked.

Supposed to do a 2000 yard swim as well, but no time to do it. Gotta trek over to the mall an pay $10 to swim — in the grand scope of things, $10 for a swim session is cheap — or is it? $10 per session for 2-3 sessions a week means $30 a week or $120 per month just for the privillage to swim. That cost along with coaching fees is just too much. Plus, I have to go in the evening to get a discount, and that eats into my family time.
