Spent today simply resting and recovering from illness. Took my road bike and took an easy spin around the block just to get my blood moving again after a few days of immobility. And ate.

Wednesday – Sick
Raw throat. Not full blown sore throat, but I know I won’t feel good. Opted to not work out and sit this illness out. But this is the second sore throat in as many months. Why the sudden susceptibility to illness? Lack of sleep lately? Travel? Season?

Got myself a Speed Cage 11:15 derraileur pulley system. Not sure how this N=1 experiment will go, but I’ll take any placebo effect any day. The pulley rotates for a long time.
