Thursday – Bike MAF Test
Establishing baseline. 1 hour on bike trainer with my triathlon bike. Average HR: 137. Average Power: 151W The test was harder than expected. Maintaining watts at 135-140 bpm constantly, without any coasting to rest, is hard! Ground through the test, got my baseline, and sore hip flexors to boot.
