Friday – Treadmill MAF Run

Came home late, didn’t get the chance to run outside as family comes first. After dinner, late into the night, thought of running for 30 min on treadmill so to get consistency back into my training. 

Naturally got into the groove, ran for an hour. Kept HR about 139 which on treadmill was easy. Felt good running and maintaining that pace. 1.0% grade. Kept it easy all the way.

Quads were a tiny bit sore from yesterday’s bike, but hip flexors are fine.
