Saturday – Zwift MAF Ride

About 60 min of riding a sweet spot workout. Knew from before that my HR will hover at about my MAF HR. A bit surprised to see that the HR did not go above my MAF like before. 

It wasn’t dead easy on my legs, but it was a decent workout. FTP was established at 167W in a test before, so the sweet spot went above and under at 160W and 150W, respectively. Was powering in the 170-180 range for the upper without my HR jumping too much. 

Hip flexors a tiny bit sore but not as much as before. Overall, I don’t feel that tired. 

Starting today I was quite strict in low carb. Want to reset my fat efficiency for this weekend and start eating a lot more cleanly now.
